La birra, dopo anni di deriva qualitativa e culturale  in cui un vasto universo  di stili   di sapori e di tradizioni si era ritrovato sull' orlo dell' estinzione , ha conosciuto una vera rinascita grazie alla realtà dei birrifici artigianali che, animati da passione, hanno riscoperto stili di birra ormai perduti  ed hanno saputo  anche sperimentare ed innovare.
